Queen Mathilde Visits Yopougon and Grand-Lahou Representing UN
Queen Mathilde of Belgium visits Yopougon and Grand-Lahou on the second day of her working visit to Côte d'Ivoire in her capacity as ambassador for the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations on 5 March 2024. The Queen visited preschool Mamie Faitaimet, constructed with recycled plastic materials of Conceptos plásticos, in Yopougon, and met with local fishing communities threatened by the rising sea levels in Grand-Lahou.
