Queen Maxima attends the 15th anniversary event of the Het Begint met Taal Foundation at the Rotterdam Public Library on 28 November 2023 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The foundation chas been connecting newcomers to the Netherlands with language volunteers for fifteen years to better adapt them to learning Dutch to improve their job prospects.
