The Prince and Princess Akishino Depart for Rikkoshi no rei
Prince Fumihito, Prince Akishino and Kiko, Princess Akishino depart from their imperial residence Gokagusho (御仮寓所) for Imperial Palace to attend Rikkoshi no rei (立皇嗣の礼, “Rite to Proclaim the First in Line to the Throne”) on 8 November 2020 in Tokyo, Japan.The rite had been postponed for seven months due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
